Return Policy
At Solei & Sea, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is made with care and in limited quantities.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@soleiandsea.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer one of the following:
A free replacement, or A refund upon receiving the item back.
In both cases, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with original packaging and tags.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Window
We accept return requests for damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, any requests made after this window cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
All other purchases, such as items that are not damaged or defective - are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
